CCS heads for the charts with first commercial CD

Chorleywood Choral Society’s first commercial CD, Songs of the Coromandel Coast, has been released by the Omnibus Classics label and is available from good record shops or to order from this site.

The CD was recorded live at the Royal Festival Hall in May 2008, where the choir performed, with Berkhamsted Choral Society, as part of the Southbank Centre’s week-long Chorus festival.

The concert, entitled Tsunami, raised more than £15,000 for the international children’s charity, Plan. For more details, click on ‘Past events’.
